      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Transform HR data into strategic insights that support business decisions and present actionable insights on trends
      - Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and data solutions using Workday Prism and other analytics tools
      - Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to define workforce metrics and support strategic planning
      - Ensure data governance, compliance, and reporting best practices while mentoring team members
      - Troubleshoot system and data issues, taking ownership through resolution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management and reporting; 6 years preferred
      - High proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Access
      - Experience with Workday HCM and Adaptive Planning
      - Solid understanding of HR and workforce analytics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with statistical tools such as SPSS and SAS
      - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, Visier)
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to develop and implement data collection systems that optimize efficiency and quality
      - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with all levels of the organization
