      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and continuously improve employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, job changes, and terminations
      - Document, implement, and enhance processes related to the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance and scalability
      - Provide exceptional service to employees, efficiently resolving inquiries
      - Collaborate with various teams to support lifecycle processes and global expansion needs
      - Manage compliance tracking and audits, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of People Operations or HR experience, including lifecycle ownership and process improvement
      - Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and ability to design process-oriented solutions
      - Proven success in leading onboarding and offboarding in a high-growth environment
      - Advanced HRIS experience, preferably with Workday, and ability to generate reports
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of integrity and discretion

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee data and compliance audits with integrity
      - Proven success in redesigning and scaling lifecycle processes with measurable impacts
      - Advanced proficiency with HR tools such as Greenhouse and Confluence
      - Experience with international EOR/PEO vendors and understanding of employment practices across regions
      - Experience in process optimization and automation initiatives across the People Ops function
