What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage relationships with pharmacy organizations, including contract negotiations and day-to-day service interactions
- Lead the end-to-end pharmacy contracting process for assigned pharmacies and groups
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate contract terms and claims adjudication
- Monitor pharmacy network performance and proactively resolve service issues
- Support network strategy and assist in the development of specialized network products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of provider relations and/or network management experience
- Strong knowledge of the PBM industry and pharmacy provider contracting methodologies
- Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Advanced level of proficiency with MS Word and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree
- 2 years of experience in PBM or pharmacy management
