      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process customer bills and insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner
      - Research and establish patient eligibility coverage with insurance providers
      - Assist with billing inquiries and resolve patient billing issues
      - Perform prescription claims adjudication and communicate with insurance companies
      - Maintain patient files and ensure compliance with payer and company regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration per state requirements; National Certification preferred (PTCB)
      - Minimum of 1 year of related experience
      - Advanced computer skills and experience with pharmacy information systems preferred
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under deadlines

      - Experience in a pharmacy setting, particularly with billing and insurance processes
      - Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and various insurance plans
