What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in providing therapeutic services and activities under the guidance of a Physical Therapist
- Help patients maintain or improve their level of independence
- Build rewarding relationships with a diverse patient population
- Travel to patient homes to deliver care, requiring mileage reimbursement
- Exercise independence and flexibility in your career while delivering quality patient care
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire

- Experience in home health care settings
- Familiarity with diverse patient populations and their needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
