What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the entire scope of psychiatric care for patients, including evaluations, follow-up appointments, and interventions
- Conduct psychiatric assessments, order lab work and diagnostic tests, communicate with family members, and coordinate care with other healthcare providers
- Provide high-quality psychiatric care to adults with various mental health disorders
- Work in a hybrid outpatient setting
- Follow the guidance and supervision of the Supervising Physician

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must hold a PMHNP/PA-C license
- Minimum of one year of outpatient psychiatric experience
- Availability to work 32-40 hours per week
- Full-time availability during operation hours
- Ability to work both remotely and at the office location in Austin, Texas

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing patients with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and dual diagnoses
- Familiarity with psychotherapeutic and skill-building interventions
