What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead site feasibility assessments and manage due diligence activities across multiple sites
- Develop and execute permitting and entitlement strategies while coordinating with local jurisdictions
- Manage design consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards
- Build and manage detailed project budgets and schedules, including cost estimating and pricing reviews
- Serve as a senior liaison between internal teams and external partners, identifying and mitigating project risks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in real estate or infrastructure project management with a focus on preconstruction
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-site development programs
- Strong estimating and budgeting skills with experience in cost modeling and scheduling
- Deep understanding of EV charging technologies and experience with electrical infrastructure projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, and local electrical codes for commercial and industrial facilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to resolve regulatory constraints and site-specific challenges
