      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead research initiatives aligned with business priorities in Independent Agent Distribution and Underwriting
      - Design and execute complex qualitative and quantitative research to inform strategy and experience design
      - Synthesize insights from research and operational data to drive meaningful outcomes
      - Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations
      - Mentor junior researchers and promote best practices in user experience research

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction, Information Design or related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
      - Master’s degree in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or PhD with 0-2 years of relevant experience
      - Specialized expertise in user research methods such as usability testing, online surveys, and focus groups
      - Strong data storytelling and communication skills
      - Ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience conducting UX research in agile, corporate environments
      - Familiarity with user research tools and methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean UX
      - Background in the insurance or financial services industry
