      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Intake new vendor requests and ensure clarity of functional requirements and vendor justification
      - Classify vendors into appropriate tiers based on access to systems and operational impact
      - Maintain an onboarding tracker with due dates and status updates, running regular follow-ups
      - Prepare vendor evaluation packages for the Vendor Selection Board, including compliance summaries and cost comparisons
      - Support accounts payable operations by ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement operations, vendor management, or project coordination
      - Proven ability to manage multi-step workflows across various stakeholders and deadlines
      - Experience evaluating vendor security posture using SOC 2 Type 2 reports and ISO 27001 certification
      - Comfort with contracts and security/compliance documentation in a vendor-facing role
      - Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-up discipline

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn tools like Drata, Box, and Brex
      - Ability to map vendor services to NIST 800-53 control families and identify control responsibilities
