What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review requests and contracts; prepare applications for potential wholesale investors
- Communicate and train branch personnel on company product-related programs
- Maintain current knowledge of all product programs and provide updates to branch personnel
- Partner with mortgage insurance companies to resolve underwriting issues
- Maintain a professional image and adhere to company policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of product development experience within the mortgage industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and detail orientation skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role within the mortgage industry
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Proven ability to interact effectively with various organizational levels
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
