What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support show execution by collaborating cross-functionally and completing assigned production tasks
- Assist in live and pre-taped elements through strong organization and communication
- Work directly with WWE's Executive Producer and Director on show-related elements
- Coordinate with backstage crews for all live and pre-taped content
- Liaise with WWE Superstars, on-air talent, executives, and key business partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Film & TV, or a related field
- Previous live TV or production experience strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel extensively (90% or more)
- Willingness to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in roles such as Commercial AD, Tape AD, Floor Manager, or Stage Manager
- Strong knowledge of WWE programming, storylines, and talent
