      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate high-quality professional development in two complementary Literacy programs (one English, one Spanish) for teachers and school leaders
      - Deliver remote and onsite professional development for approximately 30-40 educators per session during the summer season
      - Develop and maintain expertise on key concepts for Amplify Literacy programs and related offerings
      - Understand customers' unique contexts and customize professional development to meet their needs
      - Track and complete deliverables related to session logistics in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in teaching and/or coaching educators in Pre-K to Grade 12
      - Proven knowledge of adult learning principles and experience applying them in professional development
      - Strong knowledge of best practices for implementing high-quality instruction in math, science, or literacy
      - Demonstrated ability to facilitate onsite and remote professional development for teachers and/or leaders in English and Spanish at a Federal ILR Level 4 or above
      - Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, along with strong technological proficiency

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in teaching and/or coaching educators using an Amplify program
      - Experience and expertise in bilingual education
      - Experience working with diverse student populations (English learners, SPED, Gifted/Talented, etc.)
      - Year-round availability beyond the summer season for continued contract work
