What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate high-quality professional development in Literacy or STEM for educators and school leaders
- Develop and maintain expertise in Amplify's Literacy or STEM programs and related offerings
- Deliver remote and onsite training for approximately 30-40 educators per session during the summer season
- Understand customer needs and tailor professional development accordingly
- Track and complete session logistics and deliverables in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in teaching and/or coaching educators in Pre-K to Grade 12
- Proven knowledge of adult learning principles and experience in delivering learning experiences to adults
- Strong knowledge of best practices for high-quality instruction in math, science, or literacy
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate onsite and remote professional development for teachers and/or leaders
- Exceptional interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in teaching and/or coaching educators using an Amplify program
- Experience working with diverse student populations (English learners, SPED, Gifted/Talented, etc.)
- Year-round availability for continued contract work beyond the summer season
