      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Communicate project expectations effectively to Customer Success team members and executive stakeholders
      - Collaborate with Customer Success leads to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
      - Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
      - Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations
      - Conduct project post-mortems and document recommendations to improve future projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in project management, or 10+ years in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
      - Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
      - Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project)
      - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively

      - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
