      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement underage drinking and drunk driving prevention programs at the state and local level
      - Design and facilitate training programs and community outreach events
      - Organize orientation and evaluation meetings, as well as workshops for parents and students
      - Recruit and train volunteers to support program initiatives
      - Maintain tracking and data collection for program evaluation and improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Services or equivalent experience
      - 1-2 years of experience in community awareness, education, or youth programs related to community health
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, with basic record-keeping and math skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in outreach, community engagement, or donor-focused fundraising
      - Previous experience with program or grant administration
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
