What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist transaction teams with the review of lease language, work letters, and other defining documents for space acquisition
- Collaborate with various teams to prepare space plans, pricing plans, and overall project budgets for tenant improvement projects
- Oversee the development of construction documents and coordinate tenant vendor information
- Manage general contractor performance to ensure quality work and timely delivery of spaces
- Capture and track project invoices, ensuring timely submittal and payment processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 4 years of direct experience as a project manager or assistant project manager in a real estate, design, or general contracting firm
- General familiarity with the commercial real estate industry
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Technical knowledge of interior and exterior building construction components and systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience specifically within the commercial office interior sector
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting floor plans
- Willingness to travel up to 25% for project needs
