What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage a variety of engineering projects, including design, stress analysis, and supply chain management
- Oversee workflow, schedule, cost, risk, and customer expectations throughout project execution
- Collaborate with Design, Stress, Supply, and customers to ensure project success
- Anticipate, analyze, and report potential project risks and countermeasures to Program Management
- Participate in project progress and critical path meetings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in airframe design and/or analysis, with 5 years in a lead engineer role
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
- Proactive, self-motivated team leader with the ability to manage priorities effectively
- Proficiency in CATIA V5 and MS Office products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in aerospace engineering or related fields
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Additional certifications in engineering or project management
- History of successful project delivery under tight deadlines
- Ability to travel for meetings as required
