What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, defining deliverables based on project scope
- Track and manage project milestones and customer-reported issues, ensuring resolution with stakeholders
- Maintain thorough project documentation, including meeting minutes and agendas
- Regularly communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries regarding managed projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the financial services or software industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Word
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects (25-30+)
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently with little direction and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet
- Strong knowledge of payment networks and familiarity with payment processors
- Experience implementing APIs with third-party providers
- Previous work experience in the banking and financial industry related to Internet home banking applications
- Familiarity with diverse product lifecycles and integrations within major SaaS ecosystems
