      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Initiate, plan, and deliver medium-risk projects within budget and on time
      - Develop project structures, detailed schedules, and resource plans while managing project teams
      - Communicate project status and metrics with stakeholders and executive management
      - Actively manage risks, issues, and concerns throughout the project lifecycle
      - Review project deliverables for accuracy and provide mentoring to team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5-8 years of cumulative, relevant experience
      - College degree or equivalent work experience
      - Professional certifications or designations relevant to the role
      - Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to communicate effectively with multiple roles across various departments and stakeholders

      - Experience in project management within the financial services industry
      - Knowledge of best practices in project delivery and stakeholder management
      - Familiarity with compliance and operational processes in financial services
