What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead proposal development and create clear scopes, schedules, and budgets in coordination with electric transmission technical teams
- Serve as the primary client partner, addressing needs proactively and ensuring strong communication throughout each project
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, approvals, and quality controls to keep work on track
- Oversee project financials, including budgets, forecasts, revenue, and cash flow
- Lead regular project meetings and provide timely progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, science, planning, engineering management, or related field
- Minimum of 9 years of industry experience, with at least 6 years in project management
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and interpret client contract requirements
- Experience managing project accounting processes, including forecasting, budgeting, revenue, and cash flow
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt style for various audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP certification, PE (Professional Engineer) license, or equivalent professional license
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with MS Project, Primavera P6, or Deltek Vision
- Consulting industry experience
