      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage multiple customer onboarding projects and monitor project performance using various project management tools
      - Communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
      - Conduct risk assessments and manage change control to ensure timely implementation of projects
      - Collaborate with teams to evolve project management methodologies and contribute to process improvements
      - Maintain documentation of Standard Operating Procedures and assist in developing project-related materials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in project management
      - Minimum of 5 years of technical project/program management experience
      - At least 3 years of experience in cloud operations or similar fields
      - 3+ years of experience working within an SAP environment
      - Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with ServiceNow and SAP Focused Run
      - Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud for reporting
      - Exposure to PMO process development and methodology improvement
      - Background in both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies
      - Proven ability to manage competing priorities and shift priorities effectively
