What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with project team members to align on schedule, cost, and scope
- Manage subcontractor qualification processes and bid leveling
- Perform site surveys and create phasing plans, logistics plans, and site safety layouts
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
- Innovate the Innspace methodology and suggest future improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in construction, estimating, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong knowledge of building codes and brand standards
- Proven track record of managing multiple successful projects of varying size, value, and complexity
- Ability to lead a project team and conduct project pitches
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with project procurement and subcontractor negotiation
- Training in Smartsheet, Bluebeam, or OHSA certifications
- General Contracting licenses
- Strong creative and problem-solving skills
