What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and drive successful customer onboarding projects, ensuring satisfaction and operational readiness
- Establish and execute cross-functional activities related to onboarding
- Ensure all implementations align with HIPAA and PHI standards, maintaining security and compliance
- Develop and track project plans for client onboarding projects, determining timelines and milestones
- Serve as a strategic point of contact, ensuring clarity and alignment between the client and internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the language services industry and at least 1 year as a project manager
- In-depth knowledge of HIPAA and PHI compliance requirements
- Expertise in project management tools such as Smartsheet and Salesforce or similar platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Proven technical skills demonstrated through relevant certifications or practical experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong understanding of mobile device deployment, hospital IT infrastructure, network configuration, firewalls, and MDM solutions
- PMP certification or relevant IT/security certifications
- ITIL certification or similar support framework training
- Experience with change management methodologies such as Prosci
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
