      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective providers in the assigned market
      - Analyze the competitive landscape and dynamics of provider networks
      - Participate in contract negotiations for Commercial products with providers
      - Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve organizational goals
      - Support strategic positioning for provider contracting to enhance value orientation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred; significant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
      - 1-3 years of experience in a Provider Contracting or Healthcare Administration role
      - Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple demands
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office
