      - Work in a virtual production environment across different time zones

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Customer service and PC skills with proficiency in Excel or other database tools
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Attention to detail and ability to meet productivity expectations
      - Experience interacting with providers via telephone
      - Educational background in healthcare administration or information technology preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience with Quickbase
      - Knowledge of healthcare terminology and provider functions
      - Familiarity with virtual work environments and remote collaboration tools
