What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies within the SAFe framework to ensure team alignment
- Coach teams on agile methodologies and best practices to enhance performance
- Remove impediments to team progress, enabling smooth project execution
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through regular retrospectives
- Foster collaboration between technical teams and public health stakeholders, leveraging subject matter expertise
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Direct experience working in governmental public health
- Scrum Master certification
- Experience implementing SAFe methodologies
- Strong facilitation and coaching abilities, particularly in remote settings
- Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and manage time effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing distributed teams within a public health context
- Understanding of public health workflows and processes
- Knowledge of project management tools relevant to health technology
- Background in health technology implementations
- History of creating engaging team environments to promote productivity
