What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct internal audits for the quality assurance program to ensure compliance with project quality metrics
- Collaborate in developing and updating procedures in response to operational changes
- Analyze and report on operational performance, providing solutions to identified issues
- Monitor agent interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards and provide constructive feedback
- Assist in staff training initiatives aimed at improving performance and quality scores
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to track monitors across different lines of business
- Ability to analyze operational and quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools and technologies to enhance quality assurance processes
- Ability to pass a federal background check

- Experience in quality assurance or performance management within a contact center environment
- Familiarity with creating training materials and staff resource documents
- Strong communication skills for effective feedback and collaboration in calibration sessions
