      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide primary staff support for ongoing professional practice evaluation (OPPE) and focused professional practice evaluation (FPPE)
      - Review clinical outcome indicator data and identify trends for performance improvement
      - Prepare and maintain performance dashboards for medical staff departments
      - Coordinate performance improvement activities according to the Virtua Quality Plan
      - Participate in patient safety initiatives and collaborate with department leaders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years in quality management, health information management, case management, utilization review, or other healthcare-related fields
      - Must hold an RN license
      - Proficiency in standard office software including Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
      - Effective verbal, written, and presentation skills
      - Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - CPHQ or equivalent certification preferred
