What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct market research and maintain broker/owner contacts to aid in sourcing deals
- Assist with due diligence material intake and analysis for acquisitions
- Support financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting for properties
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for review meetings
- Research and track property attributes and market trends to aid in decision-making
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a similar field
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical skills and a quantitative mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in real estate financial modeling or analytics
- Familiarity with property management software or databases
- Knowledge of real estate market trends and economic factors affecting the industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
