      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the main point of contact for the principal broker, relaying important messages and scheduling meetings
      - Collaborate with an in-house real estate attorney to ensure a smooth experience for clients and agents
      - Manage communication channels to prevent missed opportunities and unanswered questions
      - Coordinate transactions from accepted offers to closing, including drafting offers and documents for attorney review
      - Assist in listing development, marketing, and social media support

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have experience working with Go High Level
      - Proficient in word processing programs, spreadsheets, and Multiple Listing Service
      - High school diploma or equivalent required
      - 2-3 years of experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role or similar
      - Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members in a timely manner

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in the real estate industry
