What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist a federal agency in managing its real estate requirements and portfolio
- Evaluate client requirements and execute necessary real estate actions
- Lead negotiations for land-use agreements and permits
- Facilitate meetings to develop and implement real estate strategies
- Prepare decision briefs and develop appropriate real estate documents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in federal property real estate program support
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings
- Experience in developing project requirements documents or project management plans for large real estate projects
- Familiarity with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) training
- Experience with cost estimating and scheduling
- Knowledge of federal budget planning and development
