      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide public research services and respond to requests for court case files
      - Maintain and track departmental records, ensuring compliance with regulations
      - Conduct inventories and analyze departmental record-keeping requirements
      - Assist in digitizing court records and managing microfilm libraries
      - Compile statistical reports and maintain quality control procedures for records

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Records Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Library and Information Sciences, or a related field
      - Knowledge of federal, state, local, and county laws regarding records management
      - Proficiency in records management technologies and software applications
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to maintain databases and compile/analyze data

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in records management or a related field
      - Familiarity with electronic data processing and document management systems
      - Skills in problem-solving and decision-making in a records management context
      - Experience interacting with the public and providing customer service
