      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and deliver training plans and workforce development opportunities for agency personnel
      - Coordinate and facilitate a Community of Practice to enhance records and information management knowledge
      - Conduct research and provide recommendations for strategic records cleanup projects
      - Utilize project management skills to organize teams and lead records-related initiatives
      - Guide staff on the effective use of electronic tools and manage the Records & Information Management Program

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Skill in developing and delivering effective training to diverse audiences
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear and professional information conveyance
      - Applied knowledge of project management tools and methods
      - Ability to motivate and guide teams without formal supervisory authority
      - Demonstrated ability to contribute to a respectful and inclusive workplace environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience applying Lean Six Sigma principles (Green Belt or higher preferred)
      - Ability to create accessible instructional content for workplace learning
      - Familiarity with Washington State Records & Information Management statutes
      - Knowledge of digital tools like SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Teams
      - Understanding of adult learning theories and their application in training environments
