      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Partner with recruiters to understand specific hiring needs and attract top talent
      - Develop and build out talent pipelines in collaboration with recruiting team members
      - Implement inclusive sourcing strategies to enhance diversity in candidate pipelines
      - Utilize Boolean search techniques and platforms like LinkedIn to find and engage passive candidates
      - Screen and assess candidates through a consistent and structured review process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including at least 2 years as a full-cycle recruiter
      - Strong self-motivation and solution-oriented mindset
      - Ability to conduct in-depth research on market trends and domain technology
      - Experience in multitasking and maintaining data integrity under tight deadlines
      - Proficient in leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to inform recruitment decisions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience developing talent pipelines in the Ads space, preferably at companies utilizing programmatic advertising
      - Familiarity with Ad Product or strong expertise in Product Management or Product/Experience Design
      - Experience with Eightfold is a plus
