      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain relationships with pharmacies, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to resolve coverage issues
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support patient access with specific payers
      - Provide training and education to healthcare professionals on payer-specific coverage policies and patient financial assistance programs
      - Introduce technology options for electronic Patient Access submissions and assist with documentation requirements
      - Communicate coverage and patient access issues effectively with various stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree in a related field AND 6+ years of pharma/biotech commercial experience, with 2+ years in specialty pharmacy/market access
      - Strong understanding of specialty pharmacies and managed care
      - Excellent knowledge of patient support programs and the prescription adjudication process
      - Ability to communicate payer coverage criteria and prior authorization processes
      - Willingness to travel overnight up to 60% for fieldwork and meetings

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree or MBA preferred with 4+ years of related experience
      - PharmD or PhD with 2+ years of related experience
      - Previous experience in sales, management, or marketing within pharma/biotech
      - Familiarity with current issues in the pharmaceutical industry and national healthcare system
      - Excellent project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
