      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Sell packaging systems using a consultative and solutions-driven approach
      - Manage existing customer accounts and meet or exceed sales goals
      - Create and present account plans for top customers
      - Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and issues
      - Collaborate with internal teams on account management and strategic initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 2 years of consultative sales experience; industrial sales experience preferred
      - Must reside in the assigned territory and be willing to travel overnight up to 65%
      - Strong mechanical and manufacturing aptitude
      - Proficiency in CRM systems, PowerBi, and general MS Office applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of Signode's products and applications
      - Strong technology skills with social media knowledge for customer engagement
