      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the sales performance and professional development of District Managers and Sales Representatives in the Neurosciences therapeutic area
      - Analyze sales and business execution to develop and execute tactical plans for improvement
      - Cultivate strong relationships with external customers and internal partners to optimize resource utilization
      - Manage budget allocations for programs, training, travel, and meeting expenses
      - Ensure compliance with promotional sales and marketing initiatives across the team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred or equivalent industry experience required
      - Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
      - Proven track record of successful sales management and team leadership
      - Ability to set a vision and strategy while effectively networking across functional areas
      - Must satisfy all applicable health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 10 years total business experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, and/or biotechnology
      - Documented history of driving strong team performance and individual coaching
      - Experience in subspecialties of psychiatry or relevant therapeutic areas
      - Exposure to leadership development courses offered by the current organization
      - Commitment to 50-75% overnight travel for regional commitments and events
