      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a field sales team and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) distributor network to drive case sales and brand visibility
      - Develop and execute regional business plans in alignment with national goals
      - Deliver strategic presentations to key accounts and regional customers
      - Analyze sales data and prepare reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for leadership
      - Oversee new hire onboarding, training, and performance development for team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales and people management within the beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
      - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
      - Experience with DSD networks and distributor performance management
      - Valid U.S. driver's license; clean driving record required

      - Proficiency with Excel, CRM platforms, and sales analytics tools
      - Knowledge of retail execution, merchandising, and market activation strategies
      - Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory
