      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive financial results through booking growth and quota attainment
      - Expand market presence and enhance brand authority across various accounts
      - Generate new business while maintaining loyalty and satisfaction among existing customers
      - Efficiently manage territory and sales pipeline to maximize productivity
      - Build and nurture strong partnerships with clients using the Challenger Sales methodology

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, life sciences, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or a related role in the life sciences industry
      - Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving revenue targets in a capex or tech environment
      - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage with C-level executives
      - Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools to track leads and sales pipelines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of automation hardware and software, SaaS models, and emerging technologies
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify market trends and opportunities
      - Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
      - Experience in managing complex, multi-layered buying processes with multiple decision-makers
      - Willingness to travel 50%
