What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve set sales goals for the assigned manufacturing plant
- Develop new business relationships while maintaining existing ones
- Respond promptly to customer requests and follow up on quotes and orders
- Conduct measuring and site visits within the assigned territory
- Collaborate with the National Sales Representative on account management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in the State of Florida
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the HVAC industry
- Strong ability to build effective relationships with customers
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong social media presence to enhance customer engagement
- Experience managing regional accounts valued at $1M or more
- Familiarity with sales strategies and teamwork dynamics
