What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with brokers and agents to meet sales goals within Louisiana and Mississippi
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the employer's diverse Group products and the brokerage community
- Support new sales initiatives to enhance existing products or develop new offerings
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of sold products
- Identify and secure new sales opportunities in partnership with brokers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Ability to learn about the insurance and financial services industry
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and collaboration skills
- Highly motivated self-starter with problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
