What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify prospective customers, generating leads, and converting them into clients
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and product features
- Answer customer inquiries and negotiate prices and terms while preparing sales agreements
- Collaborate with colleagues across various sectors to enhance sales strategies
- Maintain contact lists and nurture customer relationships through follow-ups
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technology/software sales (SaaS, PaaS, enterprise software, etc.)
- A bachelor's degree
- Experience in the multifamily housing industry is a plus
- Proven sales results and a track record of success
- Ability to work independently and cultivate client relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling CRM software
- Knowledge of property management software
- Existing relationships within the property management industry
- Familiarity with the latest trends in property management technology
- Multilingual proficiency to cater to diverse clients
