      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails professionally and courteously
      - Manage and resolve customer complaints while maintaining a positive demeanor
      - Input and process customer donations accurately in the computer system
      - Identify and escalate significant issues to supervisors as needed
      - Document call information and trends according to standard operating procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be available for scheduled shifts and punctual
      - Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
      - Proven ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team
      - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
      - Must have a Windows PC with specific requirements (Windows 10 or newer, 16GB of RAM, and compatible with DSL, Cable, or Fiber Optic internet)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual skills are strongly preferred
      - Experience in customer service or call center environments
