What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone to automotive dealerships
- Research and assist with profile requests, vehicle shipments, and orders
- Help customers with car warranty inquiries and escalate critical orders as needed
- Deliver timely and accurate solutions through various communication channels
- Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude while assisting customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Strong computer, typing, and phone skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve and meet deadlines consistently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in a relevant or related field
- Experience in the automotive industry
