What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide superior customer service through phone and computer interactions for clients in the petroleum industry
- Dispatch technicians to gas stations experiencing maintenance issues
- Maintain a strong internet connection and set up a home office with company-provided equipment
- Learn new information, policies, and skills, including software and petroleum industry knowledge
- Demonstrate organization, problem-solving, and prioritization skills while effectively using a phone and computer during shifts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Must be a resident of Oregon or SW Washington
- Ability to commit to work on time and dedicated focus during work hours
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and general internet navigation
- Successful completion of a computer skills assessment, training evaluations, and a pre-employment drug screen and background check
