      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment
      - Listen actively to understand customer needs and provide accurate information
      - Access cardholder accounts to assist with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses
      - Process transactions efficiently via web-based applications while ensuring confidentiality
      - Support team operations during peak times or absences to maintain seamless service

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 6 months of customer service, call center, or dispatch experience
      - Must complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting
      - Reliable high-speed internet connection and established dedicated work area
      - Working knowledge of computers and Windows applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 1+ years of previous call center experience
