      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and coordinate the activities of hotel staff to achieve budgeted revenues and profits
      - Ensure compliance with safety programs and internal policies while providing a safe working environment
      - Lead staff training initiatives to improve efficiency and maintain adherence to standard procedures
      - Monitor guest service trends and resolve issues effectively to enhance guest satisfaction
      - Conduct property inspections and maintain equipment compliance with service standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
      - Minimum of 4 years of documented progressive hotel management experience in similar-sized establishments
      - At least 5 years of overall work experience in the hotel industry
      - A minimum of 2 years of direct experience as a Housekeeping Manager
      - A valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 4-year college degree in a field related to general hotel operations
      - Background in marketing and experience in graphic design
      - Familiarity with creating video-based learning materials
