      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage primary and secondary claims to ensure timely payment
      - Respond promptly to billing inquiries from patients and insurance companies
      - Collaborate with clinics to identify and resolve outstanding account balance issues
      - Resolve denials and submit appeals effectively
      - Research assigned correspondence and take necessary action to resolve requests

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or G.E.D. or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of medical receivable collections experience
      - Understanding of medical claims processing
      - Experience with insurance systems and knowledge of relevant regulations
      - Ability to understand claim denials/rejections and read an Explanation of Benefits

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 years of experience in medical collections
      - Knowledge of medical terminology and billing processes
      - Familiarity with both State and Federal insurance rules and regulations
