      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Refine mechanical designs for sensor-integrated climbing holds, focusing on performance and manufacturability
      - Document and improve standardized manufacturing and assembly workflows
      - Utilize Autodesk Design and Make tools for design iteration and prototyping
      - Collaborate with engineering mentors to incorporate real-world feedback into designs
      - Produce high-quality technical documentation, including CAD models and process documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current Master's student in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field
      - Hands-on experience with mechanical design, prototyping, and fabrication through coursework or research
      - Proficiency with CAD tools and understanding of Design and Make workflows
      - Ability to work at the intersection of design, manufacturing, and applied performance requirements
      - Strong communication skills for collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with climbing equipment, sports technology, or athlete-centered product design
      - Familiarity with embedded sensors, instrumentation, or mechanically integrated electronics
      - Prior experience expanding an academic project into a production-ready solution
