      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate current mental health service capacity in target communities and explore potential expansions in dyadic mental health services
      - Identify service gaps and establish resource connections within specified geographies
      - Assist the Principal Investigator with intervention development based on research literature and needs assessment findings
      - Develop reports for the Project Director, Evaluator, and project funders, demonstrating problem-solving skills and integrity
      - Conduct training sessions for conferences or virtual presentations to achieve project goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree plus six (6) years of experience in mental health systems, community research, education, planning, public health, early childhood programs, or a related field
      - Valid Arkansas Driver's License and ability to travel within Arkansas as needed
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience in early childhood mental health, mental health administration, or mental health policy work

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in early childhood mental health or related fields
      - Strong background in community research and evaluation methodologies
      - Familiarity with training material development and delivery
